Re-coring of companionway hatch.

Started with a clean hatch.

Tools for the job 4 1/2" variable speed angle grinder with metal zip disk.

3M 2090 mask / Ear plugs.

fiberglass tools

Cut out liner along edges.

Liner removed, cored plywood glassed in below

fiberglassed wood core exposed

Chisel / rip out wood core.

Core removed. Outer liner exposed.
